Public comment requested: District-wide Safety Plan and Code of Conduct
The public is invited to submit comments and suggestions about two District documents that are up for annual review.
The Code of Conduct, Character and Support is reviewed each year to ensure it protects the rights, safety and security of our students and staff, and that it reflects the real-life situations encountered in our school buildings each day.
The District-wide Safety Plan is a product of the District’s efforts to ensure that we promote and embrace a culture of safety and security to allow for an ideal learning environment.
The public is asked to read the two documents linked below and to submit ideas, suggestions and comments about how to improve and supplement these two plans. The District will accept written comments through May 22, 2026 and there will be a public comment opportunity at the May 26, 2026 Board of Education meeting.
