6th Grade BLUE Team: Room 213
The BEST way to get in contact with me is through email: crubenstein@fairport.org. I return emails at the end of every school day.
***Please ask your students to tell you about changes in our grading policy on the Blue Team with the arrival of the 3rd marking period***
Book Drive
Martha Brown will be collecting new or gently used books for children ages 4-14 to be donated to the Learning Links Tutoring Program. The book collection will take place from January 17th-27th. Thanks to Tessa Vesta, one of our sixth graders who is sponsoring this book drive as part of her Silver Award Girl Scout Project. The collection bin will be located in the library reading room. Thank you for you support.
Save The Date
Martha Brown Student Council Talent Show 2012 Friday, February 3rd at 7:00 PM
Tickets $4.00
Our annual student-run variety show highlighting various talents of MB students will be held on February 3rd. We hope you are able to come & support our kids. If your child is interested in showcasing their talent, please encourage them to pick up an audition packet from the library. The completed audition form including parental consent needs to be returned no later than January 18th. If there are any questions, contact Mrs. Sacheli in the library.
All proceeds from ticket & concession sales will be given to St Joseph’s Villa. This organization in Rochester helps youth, families, and the community by caring for kids in crisis. If you are unable to attend this annual event, but would like to make a donation, please send your tax deductible check payable to St. Joseph’s Villa to Miss Finke in care of Martha Brown Main Office.
